Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kellie Cheree Fragrance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Kellie Cheree Fragrance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Kellie Cheree Fragrance.
